One crew · One plan · Shipped
dalidev is a small team of senior engineers with FAANG and Fortune 500 backgrounds. Each one a specialist, one plan, one accountable team. Web, mobile, backend, AI systems and the cloud underneath them, built end to end and handed over in a repository you own.
Six things we do well, from a blank repository to a system your team operates. Each one staffed by people who have run it in production before.
Multi-tenant products with billing, roles, audit trails and the admin tooling you need on day one. Built to be operated, not just demoed.
iOS and Android from one codebase where that makes sense, native where it does not. Offline-first, push, in-app purchases, store submission handled.
Services that are boring to run: typed contracts, idempotent endpoints, queues where they belong, and the tests that let you deploy on a Friday.
LLM products that hold up in production: agents with tool use, retrieval that cites its sources, evals you can run in CI, fine-tuning when prompting runs out.
Infrastructure as code from the first commit: clusters that upgrade without a weekend, fast CI/CD, observability that pages the right person, and a bill you can explain.
Pipelines that are reproducible and cheap to re-run: batch and streaming ingestion, warehouse modelling, feature stores, and model training that ships to serving.
Something else? We take on any project where good engineering matters: legacy modernisation, performance work, architecture and security audits, embedded systems, trading systems, internal tooling. If you are not sure it fits, a 30-minute call settles it.
The tools we reach for. Not an exhaustive list, and not a constraint: we pick the stack the problem asks for, including yours.
Four steps, no account managers in between. The people on the call are the people who write the code.
A free 30-minute scoping call. You describe the problem; we ask the questions that decide the shape of the build, and tell you if we are the wrong crew for it.
Scope, timeline and price in writing within days. Fixed price when the problem is well defined, time and materials when it is still moving.
You see the repository from day one and a working demo every week. Decisions get written down. If something turns out harder than planned, you hear it that week, not at the deadline.
Handover with documentation your own team can run from, runbooks for the parts that page people, and an optional retainer if you want us on call.
The reason to hire a small senior team instead of a large agency is not price. It is that nothing gets lost between the person who understood the problem and the person who solved it.
Everyone on your project has shipped and operated production systems for years. No bench of juniors learning on your budget, and nobody to escalate to: you are already talking to them.
Tests that catch regressions, observability that explains incidents, performance budgets that stop slow code getting merged. Not an extra line item: it is how the software gets built.
If a feature should not be built, a stack is the wrong one, or a deadline is fiction, we say so before you pay for it. A smaller, correct system beats a larger one that nobody trusts.
The code, the repository, the infrastructure accounts and the documentation are yours from the first commit. No lock-in, no proprietary framework, nothing you cannot hand to the next team.
Two ways. Fixed price when the scope is clear enough to commit to: you get a number, a timeline and a definition of done in writing. Time and materials when the scope is still being discovered or you want a crew embedded for a period, billed weekly against hours you can see. We tell you on the scoping call which one fits.
Yes, before the scoping call if you prefer. We will sign a reasonable mutual NDA of yours or send ours. Work product is assigned to you in the contract.
Yes, and it is often the best setup. We work in your repository, follow your review process and join your standups. We can own a workstream outright, pair with your engineers, or take the parts your team does not have time for.
Yours, if you have one. On greenfield work we default to TypeScript or Python with PostgreSQL, containers on Kubernetes or a managed platform, and Terraform for infrastructure, and leave that default when the problem asks for Go, Rust, native mobile or something else. The full list is under Technologies above.
Usually within two to three weeks of a signed proposal, sooner for a small, well-defined piece of work. The scoping call can happen this week.
Tell us what you are building. An engineer replies within one business day with a time for a free 30-minute scoping call.
Same people, same one-business-day reply. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line.
Free, 30 minutes, with an engineer. You leave with a view of scope, risk and rough cost, whether or not you hire us.
Remote, overlapping your working day in European and North American time zones.
